It's been a long time......

I know it’s been a while, but I’ve been busy. Ok, not really but I couldn’t’ think of anything funny to say. Not that I’ve been funny before.

1. Snooki from Jersey Shore gets a lot of money to walk on a red carpet. Why not use that money for cancer research?
2. RIP DJ Law of 103 jamz in Norfolk VA
3. I may go as Lady Gaga for Halloween just so I can wear a meat dress.  Or Flavor Flav & wear a grandfather clock.
4. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds in a few months. Why do my pants still feel tight? I guess that’s why I had so many with pants with popped off buttons. My doctor told me he was proud of me. He should be since he told me to lose the weight in the first place.  He was right.
5. I love Sirius radio. So many different choices. 70s, 80s, 90s, comedy, sports, reggae, kids, hip hop, pop, jazz, rock, wow!
6. Why couldn’t I be an American Idol judge? I know when someone can’t sing…I hear myself all the time.
7. Steelers, 2-0 with the 5th string quarterback! They could even win with me…OK I went too far…
8. So many new TV shows, too bad I probably won’t watch any of them…..
9. I dislike the BCS
10. Beat Cancer
11. I went to see Public Enemy in concert for the first time in over 20 years. They were still as good as ever
12. I’m going to do my first running event in over two years this Thanksgiving. I’m going to do a 5k and then eat a whole turkey….or two.
13. I can beat ANYONE on a bike in spin class. My legs are flying. Bring it Granny!!!!  On a real bike, maybe not.

Thanks for reading and hopefully I can write more often. I’m hungry now, this eating 6 meals a day, but eating less is hard. Who knew that apples tasted good? Not ME!!!
